Extended daylight, winters relief

Spring rain. Here in Charlotte. There in Bakersfield. It brings anticipation of a fragrant season, less harsh than winter snow or fog, less intense than the sultry southeast or the dry, dusty southwest. And, a turning point for Reflections bible study. Almost complete, though with the best yet to come. I hope that each one, in this years study as a participant or as a member of the ministry team, makes the choice to finish strong, stays the course, does the hard work. Because, we believe real transformation comes from wholeheartedly seeking Truth in the Word of God. In doing the hard thing. In single-minded focus on the goal: a heart healed, transformed, filled with a desire to overflow with the joy God intends for us.

So, today, I just encourage you to keep moving forward, wherever you are with God. It is so worth the effort.
